Description
Food supplement in the form of effervescent tablets, containing key electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium), additionally enriched with glucose and vitamin C. The liquid form of the product provides faster absorption of substances.
Magnesium is an element which takes part in many metabolic processes. It helps to maintain the electrolyte balance. Similarly to vitamin C, magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and the maintenance of normal energy-yielding metabolism. Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function. Calcium contributes to normal neurotransmission.

Purpose
Hydratonic® FAST is intended for adults and children over the age of 3 as a food supplement if there is an increased demand for the product substances, e.g. in prolonged physical exertion, in the case of increased thirst and exposure to loss of fluids due to sweating on hot days, diarrhea, vomiting, as one of various sources of providing 2,0 l of water consumed daily, in order to maintain good physical health
Dosage
Recommended use: 2-3 tablets daily. Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
