Amino acids – organic chemical compounds that contain a basic amino group and a carboxyl group. Currently, there are more than 300 naturally occurring amino acids, 20 of which are part of protein structures, performing building functions. OstroVit contains a complex of amino acids – Dietary supplement provides the body with compounds such as BCAA amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), as well as L-glutamine, L-arginine, L-tyrosine, L-lysine HCl, L-histidine and L-methionine, as well as L-phenylalanine, taurine and beta-alanine.
Caffeine – organic chemical compound from the group of purine alkaloids. It is a substance that occurs naturally in nature and roasted coffee beans and tea leaves are considered to be the main source of the ingredient. OstroVit uses anhydrous caffeine, which is a concentrated compound, which has a positive effect on the effectiveness and quality of supplementation.
Green coffee bean extract – extract from raw coffee beans that have not been roasted. Omitting the roasting process makes green coffee a valuable source of chlorogenic acid and at the same time contains a similar amount of caffeine as traditional coffee. Green coffee bean extract used in OstroVit is standardized for the content of chlorogenic acid and caffeine, which has a positive effect on the quality of the dietary supplement.
Green tea leaf extract – extract from Chinese tea leaves of the genus Camellia sinensis, which are only subjected to steam and drying during production, which has a positive effect on the preservation of valuable nutrients in the plant’s structures. Green tea contains, i.a. polyphenols, the content of which is standardized by the extract of the plant used in the product.

Mix a portion of 9 g (1 full scoop) in 200 ml of water. Consume one serving daily. Please use the measuring cup included in the package.
