Gamma-aminobutyric acid – GABA – organic chemical compound from the group of non-protein amino acids. Neurotransmitter that is synthesized from glutamate in the body. The compound can also be found in food, in products such as green tea, pickles, soybeans and dairy products.
Vitamin B6 – pyridoxine – water-soluble ingredient belonging to B vitamins. The compound can be found primarily in whole grain cereal products, as well as in offal and dry legumes.
Melatonin – hormone that occurs naturally in the human body. It is a substance produced in the central nervous system by the pineal gland, which is one of the endocrine glands, which is a derivative of tryptophan. The synthesis and secretion of melatonin in the body is enhanced by darkness, while light inhibits the processes. The body’s natural production of the hormone begins after sunset and is most intense in the middle of the night, between two and four o’clock.

Witamina B6 reduces tiredness, fatigue and contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism. In addition, it supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and helps maintain proper psychological functions.
Melatonin helps to alleviate subjective feeling of sudden time zone change syndrome and beneficial effect is obtained when 0,5 mg is consumed shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for several days after arrival at the destination. In addition, the hormone helps to reduce time it takes to fall asleep and beneficial effect occurs if you consume 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Dissolve a single serving of the product 10 g (1.5 scoop) in 250 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before bedtime.
