The recommended daily dosage using saturation phase – under the classic version:
– Saturation phase – lasts 5 days. During this period you should consume creatine daily in divided doses 5g each (1 CAPSULE = 0.7 GRAM CREATINES). 1 and 2 days 30g -25g (6-5x5g); 3 days 25g-20g (5-4x5g.); 4 days 20g-15g (4-3x5g); 5 days 15g -10g (3-2x5g).
