  BETA-ALANINE 700 contains beta-alanine. BETA-ALANINE 700 is recommended in all sports disciplines, both aerobic and anaerobic Recommended daily portion is 4 capsules. Wash down with approx. 300 ml water. On workout days: 4 capsules 30 min. before workout. On non-workout days: twice a day, 2 capsules on each occasion, preferably 30 min. before your meal. WARNINGS Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Azorubine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
