ASHWAGANDHA ROOT EXTRACT

ASHWAGANDHA MAX contains ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera) with high concentration of vitanolids – 30 mg of vitanolids in one capsule. ASHWAGANDHA MAX is recommended to athletes who follow a strenuous training regimen and are exposed to the effects of stress.
Recommended daily portion is 1 capsule.
Take a single serving of the product ‒ 1 capsule with 250 ml of water. Take 1 serving daily, preferably during a meal.
WARNINGS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
