L-Theanine - organic chemical compound belonging to non-protein amino acids. It is a glutamine derivative that easily crosses the blood-brain barrier. It occurs naturally in the "L" configuration in the leaves of Camellia sinensis, which is why green tea is considered to be the main source of the compound. Inulin is a compound made up of more than 30 molecules of monosaccharides that are linked by β-2,1-glycosidic bonds in an unbranched chain. It is a polysaccharide of plant origin, which is a reserve store. It is a compound that is not digested in the upper gastrointestinal tract and is transported in an undigested form to the large intestine, where it undergoes bacterial fermentation in the colon. Inulin is used as dietary fiber and prebiotic, i.e. a nutrient for good bacteria living in the digestive system.
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily with a meal.
